SECURITY REQUIREMENTS Any buyer who hires a third-party company to perform maneuvers or work inside TORO COMPANY’s plant must fully cover and comply with the following requirements. These requirements correspond to the Contractor Requirements established in Section No. 5 of the internal protocol “Control of Entry and Activities of Contractors.” Strict compliance with the key points below is mandatory: Valid IMSS insurance for all contractor personnel. Current REPSE registration of the contracting company. TORO Contractor ID badge printed in full color and presented physically. This badge must be completed only through digital means and all data must be accurate. Please note that the badge expires six (6) months after issuance and must include the dates on which the contractor will attend the required course. Proof of IMSS payment or Single Contribution System (SUA) payment from the contracting company. Anti-doping test results issued externally and no more than one (1) month old. For high-risk activities, contractors must train their personnel and provide evidence through Skills and Competency Certificates (DC3) in accordance with the Mexican Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times: safety glasses, helmet, reflective vest, long-sleeve shirt or sleeves, and industrial safety footwear. Passing score on the accreditation exam, with a grade of 80% or higher. All documentation requested must be submitted strictly in printed form. Likewise, it is the responsibility of the TORO contact person to notify the contractor about:  the support material for the exam  the required documentation,  assistance in resolving any doubts during any stage of the process. The TORO contractor badge will not be issued if any required documentation is missing or if the contractor fails to pass the accreditation process.   Requerimientos de seguridad (Spanish Only)
