The buyer may not remove any lot without the authorization of THE AUCTIONEER  The buyer must always confirm the date and time for collection of the lots, because if they fail to do so, THE AUCTIONEER and/or the SELLER will not be responsible for false freight charges, understood as the expenses incurred by the buyer for collection of the goods when this is not carried out due to lack of confirmation and/or appointment for collection. Expenses incurred for the removal, nationalization, and/or export of the equipment shall be covered in full by the buyer.
