TERMS & CONDITIONS The services provided by MYRON BOWLING AUCTIONEERS MEXICO, hereinafter “THE AUCTIONEER” are governed by these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, by participating in the Auction, the bidder expressly accepts that they are aware of these Terms and Conditions and unconditionally agrees to comply with them, as well as with any additional provisions determined or announced by THE AUCTIONEER prior to or during the Auction. Prices and other amounts related to this Auction are in United States dollars. Participants may examine or inspect the auction lots from December 8 to 16, 2025, by scheduling an appointment in advance, at the following address: American Industries Industrial Park, Apodaca, N.L., ZIP Code 66672. The lots are sold in their current condition, without any warranty, with all their possible defects and hidden flaws, at their location “as is and where is.” Full payment of the lots must be made no later than December 22, 2025, with nopossibility of extension. The buyer must removed the lots from December 19, 2025, with a maximum collection period until January 9, 2026, without exception. If the buyer does not remove the goods awarded to them within the specified period, they will be deemed to have relinquished ownership of them, and they will be declared abandoned and sold again or sent to scrap. without this implying any liability whatsoever for THE AUCTIONEER or THE SELLER, and therefore the winning bidder may not claim the return of any amount of money paid.   Terms and Conditions (English)   Términos y Condiciones (Spanish)
